One of my mottos is “It’s your health, it’s your choice.”
Really! It is.
That’s a liberating concept, because if stress and good health is a choice, then you can choose to reduce stress and focus on what gives you better health instead. Every day is a gift, and the quality of your life is your gift to yourself.

Many of us hurry through life going from one place to the next, focused on conquering the next mountain, making the next deal, running the next errand, and believing we will never have enough time to do all the things we need to get done, yet, there is all the time in the world if we just realize that we are the creators of this life we choose to live
Life is a series of choices and being free from stress and living a healthy life is one of those choices.

Follow this simple 3 step coaching process to help you with choosing to live a happy, healthy, balanced life you truly enjoy and love.
Step #1: Every week, take a moment to sit and write your list of priorities for the day. Include activities for all areas of your life.
Step #2: Assess what’s most important for you. Rate each activity from most to least important. I find a scale of 1 to 10 always useful for this.
Step #3: Take a look at your list again and check to see if you’ve included activities for all of the things that matter most to you – love, family, career, health. Then adjust to be sure to focus on what is most important to you.
